When someone contacts us, or posts on the Forum, and says they would like to crew we have been putting their contact information, and any ingormation given regarding experience, in a spreadsheet, which we have not made public.

When giving us their contact information some people have asked us to keep their contact info private and others have expressed no concern with privacy. So to date we have erred on the side of keeping the information private. However we have come to realize that keeping it private is ineffective and limits the chances of getting an opportunity to sail.

In future we're going to make the list available on the website. But first we will remove from the list anyone that has privacy concerns - we've emailed the people currently on our list and asked that they let us know if thet would like to be removed.
